Our team has the knowledge and equipment to test and evaluate
battery cells, modules and complete systems. Effpower offers
standard methods and applies the appropriate test matrix for each
need. If requested we can design customized tests and simulated
drive cycles that cover most needs of testing.
In-house we perform testing of single battery cells, modules and
complete systems up to 500V/500A and for battery cold crank tests
up to 800A. All testing is performed in a climate controlled
environment also including a climate chamber ranging from -40°C to
+180°C.

Battery Testing
All testing is performed in a controlled environment ensuring repeatable and reliable test results. We develop specific test plans and simulate drive cycles according customer requirements together with test sequences, data analysis and reporting.
Battery Benchmarking
We offer benchmarking tests of battery cells and battery modules according to customer specific requirements and standardized test cycles.
System Bench Testing
With experience of system integration we perform bench testing, evaluation and validation of BMS and complete battery systems up to 500V/500A inhouse.
Test Data Analysis
Structured test plans and experienced test engineers provide accurate and reliable analysis and reporting of test data.
Failure Mode Analysis
For some test cycles, batteries run until failure. We have capability to disassemble battery cells and investigate cause of failure.
